2. Business Conduct and Ethics

We uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in all interactions with clients, candidates, vendors and employees.

Our commitments include:

  • Fair and transparent recruitment processes
  • No engagement in unethical practices (e.g., fake job postings, profile manipulation)
  • Compliance with client-specific codes of conduct, if applicable
  • No solicitation of candidates placed through clients, as per contractual agreements

3. Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption

4. Internal Controls and Monitoring

HiringEye has internal mechanisms to monitor compliance across operations:

  • Record-keeping for client interactions and candidate submissions
  • Escalation mechanisms for compliance violations

We also conduct periodic internal reviews to ensure adherence to legal and contractual obligations.

5. Third-Party Engagements

When partnering with external vendors or freelance recruiters, we ensure:

  • Contracts reflect compliance expectations
  • NDAs and service-level clauses are in place
  • Third parties do not violate employment or recruitment laws

6. Reporting and Grievance Redressal

We encourage employees, clients and stakeholders to report compliance concerns without fear of retaliation.

All concerns will be handled with confidentiality and reviewed within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Policy Enforcement

Failure to comply with this policy may result in disciplinary action, termination of services, or legal proceedings, depending on the severity of the violation.
